Classic model cutter with round bilge joggled hull, up-to-date installation and in nice condition.

The solid round bilge joggled hull and solid construction of this M&M Cutter are a true figurehead of Dutch craftsmanship.

This cutter is easily accessible and has wide gangways all around with safe stainless steel railing on raised bulwarks. From the gangways, the aft deck is accessible which is equipped with midship steering position, aft entrance to the interior and ample storage space for storing fenders and lines, for example.

From the aft deck the interior is accessible which is shipshape and solidly panelled in mahogany. The windows all around provide pleasant light and a good view arround. The saloon has a saloon settee with a cabinet wall and inside steering position opposite. In open connection with the salon is the galley in the bow. The galley is equipped with kitchen, round seat and cupboard space. In the stern is the owner's cabin with double bed, closet space and sanitary room. The sanitary room has recently been modernized with electric toilet and washing facilities.

The classic lines ensure that this M&M Kotter is a distinctive and at the same time striking appearance on the water. This M&M Kotter is in a nice condition, especially considering its age and kept up-to-date by her owners over the years. The paintwork (2-components) dates from 2016, the mast is made electrically operated in 2017, the electrical wiring with new fuse box is renewed in 2018 where solar panels (310 watts) with charge controller are placed. Furthermore, the lighting has been renewed to LED and several USB charging points have been installed. The antifouling was newly applied in the spring of 2024.
