The Viknes 1030's spacious open cockpit is easily accessible from the swim platform thanks to the transom door. The open cockpit is equipped with a folding L-bench, outside steering position, storage/drying locker with heating outlet and sink with hand shower. The gangways, with double stainless steel railing all around, are easily accessible from the open cockpit. The engine room and large storage area are also accessible from the open cockpit.

Through the sliding door there is access to the wheelhouse where a comfortable sofa, clear steering position and galley are located. The sturdy lined fenestration provides plenty of light and a good view all around from both the steering position and salon bench. The sliding roof and side windows provide optimal ventilation. In the bow is the washroom with electric toilet, wash-/ and shower facilities. There is also the owner's cabin with freestanding bed and ample closet space. From the wheelhouse, the second sleeping cabin, with double bed, is located.
