Schiffart Vlet 1000 OK/AK

Robust and classic model vlet with open cockpit and aft cabin. In good condition with recently updated electrical installation.

Vlet models are generally characterized by their robust yet classic design and seaworthiness. So is this Schiffart vlet. In addition, this Schiffart vlet also has very good sailing characteristics and is perfectly maneuverable thanks to the Vetus bow thruster and the fishtail rudder blade.

All around are wide gangways from which the spacious open cockpit is accessible. The open cockpit is light and airy thanks to the sliding hatch, several sliding/folding windows and canopy with removable side parts. The open cockpit is laid out with two L-shaped cockpit benches, steering position with folding steering seat and folding coxswain's seat.

In the front is the galley, spacious round seat and sanitary room with toilet, wash-/and shower facilities. There are two single beds in the aft cabin. All areas on board are practically laid out and equipped with plenty of storage space.

Looking at the age, when boarding you immediately notice that this Schiffart vlet is a neatly cared for boat. In 2021 the electrical installation was rebuilt and expanded with solar panels / battery charger / inverter, in 2022 new engine mounts were installed and the alternator was replaced, spring 2024 the engine had a service. The whole is neatly painted, in other words; ready to go!
