The Skagerrak 900 is an easily accessible and manoeuvrable boat and navigable over a large sailing area thanks in part to its powerful engine.

From the bathing platform, there is easy access to the open cockpit thanks to the transom door. The open cockpit is laid out with a sunbed on the roof of the aft cabin, L-shaped bench seat that can be converted into a U-shaped bench seat in a jiffy, steering position on SB and passenger seat on BB with a sink and gas stove underneath. The forward cabin has an extra kitchen with sink/compressor fridge and storage space, sanitary room with electric toilet/ washbasin and round seat that can easily be converted into an extra double bed. The fixed double bed is situated in the ingenious aft cabin.
