Steel open cockpit motor yacht of recent construction year with modern yet timeless interior.

From the bathing platform there is access through the transom door to the spacious open cockpit or via the integrated spiral staircases to the gangways/foredeck. The open cockpit is laid out with an L-shaped sofa and plenty of closets and storage space. The cockpit doors open to the open cockpit and make it easy to join the saloon which are at the same level. The salon is laid out with a U-shaped settee with an electrically adjustable table and opposite the clear steering position and cabinet wall with integrated TV on elevator. The spacious galley is in the front of the boat, as is the sanitary room with electric toilet/shower facilities and the owner's cabin with freestanding bed. All other space on board is practically laid out as cupboard/storage space.

In addition to the already very complete specification list, this Van der Heijden has been fitted with remotely controlled Marinco floodlights, electronic EMC throttle, 4kg Candy washing machine, slatted bases under mattresses, second TV in owner's cabin.
